During my recent business trip, I stayed for two nights at a hotel known for its stunning views of the Sea of Japan. The room had a amazing panorama, and the staff, particularly Satou-san, went above and beyond to assist with my luggage. The clean accommodations exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the free access to the observation deck. The convenient store on-site was a nice bonus, especially for late-night snacks.

During my recent stay at the Hotel, where I spent three nights for a family vacation, I was impressed by several features. The location was fantastic, with a convenience store right downstairs. The breakfast buffet was a hit, with a good range of options that my kids loved. Our room was decently sized, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I also appreciated the charming art gallery located just one level below the lobby.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I had a really nice stay during my business trip! The views from the upper floors were amazing, especially overlooking the Shinano River. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety, perfect to fuel my busy days. Plus, it's just a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal, making it super convenient for my travel plans!
That said, the dining options were a bit limited. breakfast and a Chinese restaurant, I found it hard to grab dinner without a car. A lot of the nearby restaurants require a taxi or a longer walk, which wasn't ideal after a tiring day. Room service was also a no-go, which was a bit disappointing!

The hotel is pretty modern and clean, with fine views from the top floors! It's super close to the ferry terminal, just a quick 10-15 minute walk along covered walkways. Plus, the breakfast buffet was fantastic! My kids couldn't get enough of it and woke up early to dive in.
But, oh man, the food options were seriously lacking. Only the hotel restaurants, and nothing nearby unless you walk a bit. no room service! I had to go down to order food each time; talk about inconvenient. The tiny room didn’t help either, felt cramped and underwhelming. Ugh!

Amazing views, but tricky access
The room had an awesome view of the sea. I mean, WOW! The breakfast was a real treat with all-you-can-eat options. But getting around was a bit of a hassle-nothing's really close by, and finding the entrance was confusing. Oh, and the parking isn't exactly free, which stung a bit.

We had a really comfortable stay in a long time. It was an absolutely amazing hotel in a local area, close enough to the train station, shopping centres and Anime and Manga museum and the Conference Center. Besides, the location was good and marvelous for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a multi - purpose international convention center. The staff was nice and enthusiastic, kept everything clean and brand-new. We had a good breakfast, appreciated the meal.
